This training introduces the concept of trauma-informed care and impact of trauma on a child’s development from conception to age 5: the impact of trauma on the brain, children’s behavior, neuroplasticity, and resilience. Learn key strategies to support children, build their resilience, minimize the adverse effects of trauma and practice applying trauma-informed strategies.
