The purpose of module 3 is to increase awareness of knowledge and understanding of the impact of historical and intergenerational trauma and with an emphasis on racialized experiences of young children and the families we serve. This training is designed to transform the hearts, minds, mindsets, and approaches in early childhood settings with regards to Historical Trauma and specifically racism.
