“Learning New Words: The Role of the Child and the Educator/Caregiver”
What is a ‘word’ and what does it mean for children to start learning words? And what does it mean if they are doing that for one language, or more than one language? In this workshop we will learn about how we think about early word learning in young children and the role that both children and educators play in the word learning process.
