4Cs of San Mateo County is recruiting experienced family child care providers to serve as FCC
Pathways Ambassador-mentors, and inviting newly licensed providers to apply as mentees to receive mentorship, licensing, business practices, and quality improvement.

Info Session – Hosted in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin
Date: Monday 8/25/2025
Time: 6 – 8 pm
Location: Online – via Zoom. Participants will need to have a computer and internet connection.

Ambassadors receive $500 per mentee (up to 3) and $150 per
Ambassadors-led workshop, along with training and support from
4Cs staff.

Requirements:

Ambassadors:

5+ years of FCC experience
Attend training and quarterly meetings
Provide 10+ hours of mentorship per mentee

Mentee:

Recently licensed, in process of applying, or licensed and need
additional support
