What is Parent Voices?

Parent Voices provides leadership and advocacy opportunities for parents to voice their experiences in the policy making process.

Do you know a family or are you struggling paying for child care?

Join us on April 2nd to learn more about how can you make your voice hear and to share your story with us!

We will provide child care, a light lunch, and door prizes!

Why is it important? Because every legislator has said to us, we NEED to hear directly from parents. Parents have the most power to make change happen. They need to hear the real impact of what happens when you lose your child care subsidy. Is your subsidy worth $10,000/year important to you? Then you have to fight for it because others are ready to take it away from you. This is about building our power, in San Mateo County and across the state with the other Parent Voices chapters. I promise you, come to one meeting, hear what we’re about and judge for yourself!
